The 2nd Tivat Art Salon "Pean – Sindik" will open on November 1, 2025, at the Tivat Museum and Gallery, starting at 7:00 PM. This event also marks the beginning of the "November Days" festival, held under the auspices of the Municipality of Tivat.
The theme of the salon is "Imaginary of the Mediterranean", and it represents the synergy of past and present achievements, through which the spirit of Sindik's and Pean's creativity would be revived. The aim of the exhibition is to emanate the character of the Mediterranean through the medium of painting, through a unique interpretation of Mediterranean identity, culture, tradition, but also atmosphere, vibrations and color visualizations.
The expert jury, composed of Nevenka Šarčević (HR) as chair, and members Paola Korošec (SLO) and Tatjana Kriještorac (CG), selected 36 artists from among 130 applicants to participate in this year's exhibition.
At the opening ceremony, the audience will be addressed by Danijela Đukić, Director of the Tivat Museum and Gallery, and Nevenka Šarčević, President of the Jury, who will also announce the award-winning participants of the Salon.
